DESIGN
Our in house project team can provide a comprehensive design and specification service including site survey, risk assessment and full liaison with building control, fire authorities and registration bodies.
SUPPLY
Following our design consultation and site survey we can offer a detailed equipment schedule / bill of quantities for the supply of all system components.
INSTALL
First City directly employs a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers. Our in house installers are professionally trained and conversant with current industry standards. Regular training and industry briefings ensure our team are at the forefront of the latest industry and product developments.
COMMISSION
On completion of your installation our commissioning engineers will carry out a full inspection and functionality test on your system. We will configure and programme the system to meet the specifications and provide full certification of compliance.
REPAIR / MAINTAIN
We offer a full 365 day - 24 hour re-active breakdown service with combined planned and preventative maintenance visits. Working to current British and European Standards, each visit is only invoiced on completion and includes all relevant site reports and certification. First City is happy to quote you for the repair, upgrade and maintenance of your existing systems.

MONITOR
Your system can be connected to our secure 24 hour monitoring and response centre. Our experienced call centre staff will handle system signal responses and contact site managers, building owners, key holders and emergency services.
